After leaving the city centre ring road, you will be directed along a road called Broomy Hill. The houses on the left will end, and you will see a group of signs on the left, ours included. Go left down the tarmac track, and pass between the football hut and the modern building. 50m further along enter our gate on the right with ‘HSME’ in large letters on the top.

After entering the city on roads north of the river
(from Leominster, Kington, Hay,Bromyard, Worcester, Ledbury)
Approach the river on the A49 City Ring Road southbound (signed Ross, Monmouth, Abergavenny).
When you see the bridge ahead, get in the right hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights before the bridge.
After 500m there is a hump backed bridge.
Turn left immediately after passing over this.

Approaching the city from the south
(from Abergavenny, Monmouth, Ross)
You will join the A49 if not already on it. Pass over the modern Greyfriars Bridge in the left hand lane.
At the end of the bridge turn left at the traffic lights.
